"In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'"

ACTS 20:35

It has been a trying time for everyone. Since mid-March 2020, all in-person activities at St. John’s have been suspended and we have moved everything online. COVID-19 has devastated communities and has taken the lives of so many of our neighbors. Economic uncertainty has gripped many of our church members and friends. A tumultuous election season has come to its conclusion. And amidst all of this, we have not been able to gather in-person to support one another during times of celebration and loss.

And yet through it all, St. John’s Lutheran Church has continued to pray, to worship, to equip the saints for ministry, to be of maximum service to God and neighbor, and to be a community of hope and wholeness, whose welcome is grounded in the love of Jesus. We have continued to be the church through it all.

It is your support that has made all this possible. We invite you to continue your financial support of the ministry of St. John’s Lutheran Church. Your generosity allows St. John’s to continue to respond concretely to the needs of our members and neighbors.
